If any provision of this agreement in unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that
provision is deemed severable from this agreement and does not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Notice and Procedure for
Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

Governing Law
This agreement shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
By accessing this website you agree that any and all claims or disputes will be
subject to the jurisdiction, and resolved by, the courts of the State of New
York. If the above terms are not acceptable in full or if you do not fully
understand any part of the foregoing, the use of this Site must be terminated
immediately and all content disregarded.
